To better support our customers needs, Chickasha Manufacturing uses both Pro/ENGINEER and AutoCAD design and drafting software.

We also use several software programs to open engineering files. This allows us to receive and create many different file formats, which increases communication with our customers and speeds up design and production time.

For our CAM system we use Esprit CNC programming software to program many of the CNC machines in our shop, including Plasma/Torch, Laser, Punch, Mill and Lathe operations. Our machines are networked together to allow DNC software to download programs throughout the shop.

Our engineering department creates and develops processes and is a key part in all continuous improvement projects. Our customers have increased their savings by implementing such processes. We understand that our customers need to reduce lead times and cost to stay competitive.

Chickasha Manufacturing welcomes prototype work from customer designs and prints. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and products to our customers.
